At Romera Wellness Collective, my mission is to empower women through a personalized approach to wellness that integrates strength, balance, and mindfulness. As a personal trainer, strength coach, and yoga teacher, I combine yoga, strength training, and mindfulness practices to help women enhance their well-being and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through this collective, I aim to create a supportive space and share trusted resources to inspire holistic wellness.

Welcome! I’m Dree, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 6, and my approach has evolved to focus not just on movement but on the mind and spirit. While yoga can benefit the body in incredible ways, I’ve found that prioritizing mindfulness and self-connection helps us uncover deeper growth, clarity, and balance.
This philosophy also shapes my approach as a personal trainer. By blending yoga’s mindfulness with strength training, I create a holistic experience that helps women feel strong, grounded, and connected to their bodies. Life can be full of distractions, and my goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up just as you are and work toward your wellness goals—whether that’s finding stillness, strength, or both.
