Wellness Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated or Exclusive
Wellness has become overcomplicated and, in my opinion, can feel too exclusive. Everywhere we turn, we’re told we need expensive gear, trendy diets, or a perfect morning routine to be “healthy.” But that’s not what wellness is about.
True wellness is personal. It’s about finding what works for you—whether that’s yoga, strength training, walking, or simply slowing down to breathe. It doesn’t have to be fancy, perfect, or expensive.
What frustrates me most is how often wellness feels inaccessible. The images we see rarely reflect the diversity of people who want to live healthier lives. Wellness isn’t just for one type of person—it’s for all bodies, ages, and backgrounds.
At Romera Wellness Collective, I aim to take the hype out of wellness culture. Through yoga, personal training, and mindfulness, I focus on helping women connect with their bodies in a way that feels authentic and attainable. It’s not about trends or perfection—it’s about showing up as you are, finding balance, and creating space for true connection and growth. By focusing on the little things, simplify wellness and make it about what really matters.
